Show Notes
Show Notes:
- First AWF Live Event of 2015 was an exciting event and drew a sell out crowd which was a great start to the year.
- The Buccaneer made his debut defeating Diego Del Fuego after distraction from Anubis, and a Broadside Powerslam by The Buccaneer
- The Tag Team of Panic: Syd Parker and Benny Factor defeated Mikey Lord and Masked Kamikaze after an elevated DDT combo in a fast paced and exciting bout that wowed fans.
- Apollo narrowly escaped with the Commonwealth Championship in his bout with Spaceman Dacey, after interference from Giant Kyote led to the win. Apollo then stated Kyote was his insurance policy and they would take down Dean Draven.
- "Kings Cross Trash" Alex Titan scored a win over Victoria's Josh "The Axe" Shooter, in an evenly matched contest until the end when Titan scored with a pump handle driver.
- Slade Mercer and Aussie Ozbone went at it in the New Zealand Versus Australia Challenge match, with Aussie getting the win with the Down Under Detenator.
- In the Main Event Australasian Championship Bout, Dean Draven overcame the Giant Kyote after attempted interference from Apollo was thwarted off by Spaceman Dacey, and Draven was able to hit the Top Rope Diving Headbutt for the victory.
- AWF thanks all that supported and helped to make the event a success. Next AWF Live Event will be announced in the coming days.
