Show Notes:
- Title news coming out of the event is that TNT ended Dean Draven's 2 1/2 year Australasian Championship run, and 1 year Commonwealth Title reign. Post bout Draven refused to shake TNT's hand.
- New Zealand's Kingston Eclipse outlasted the field to become the OJ Fitzpatrick Cup winner for 2016, narrowly defeating Whiskey Sixx in the final. As a result of the win, Eclipse has earned an AWF Title match of his chosing anytime up to next years OJ Cup.
- The Misfit was impressive in his gauntlet match win, defeating the duo of Blacktown Brawler and Jake Gibson in the finale.
AWF Year Awards were given out at the conclusion of the event also with Fans of the Year and Staff being shown appreciation. A post re awards will be online soon.
AWF thanks all of it's fans in attendance for a great year end event, and for all AWF fan's support throughout 2016!
AWF looks forward to returning in 2017 for an even bigger year and thrilling fans across Australia.
